Dr. Kenya has experience in product and service organizations as a practitioner, executive, and founder focused on human-centered discovery, strategy, and solution design.  Her training in human factors psychology and industrial engineering, or the ‘study of work’, has led to a fulfilling career and a number of successful partnerships.
